Welcome to Hilltops, we are a small family run business based in beautiful rural Stirlingshire. Our boarding accommodation is set along a small private road and within our acre of secure garden surrounding our home, with stunning countryside views towards Ben Lomond and Conic Hill.
We adore animals and treat all visitors as we would our own pets with love, care and lots of attention.
We are PVG checked and hold insurance with PetPlan Sanctuary (excluding poultry for whom alternative arrangements have been made).

What is &
is not included?
Included in your pet's stay:
- Spacious, safe, clean & comfortable accommodation. Every unit is sterilised using appropriate products between guests.
- Bedding, layers pellets (for poultry), corn late afternoon in the winter (for poultry), hay (for small animals), fresh water & healthy treats
- Bedding and living area tidied daily & deep cleaned every 7 days for longer staying guests
- Enrichment toys to keep your pets busy & happy during their stay
- Heated areas, snuggle safes & frozen bottles to keep your pets comfortable
- Daily health checks looking for obvious signs of illness
- Lots of hugs, little chats & attention
- Giving medication/supplements to your pet provided by yourself (with prior agreement)
You provide:
- Your gorgeous pet in fit and healthy condition (unless otherwise stated on your booking form)
- Your pets dried food ensuring you have provided more than enough for their stay (we ask you bring their own dried food as a change can cause upset for little tummies)
- Poultry feed should you wish anything other than layers pellets
- Medication/supplements required for their stay with full written instructions
- A completed booking form either emailed in advance
- Up to date Rabbit Vaccination Certificates must be photographed and & emailed before arrival
- Balance paid in full by bank transfer prior to arrival or in cash on arrival
We suggest:
- Supplying a blanket or favourite toy to help your pet feel at home
- Treat poultry for red mite prior to their stay
- Treat your pets for worms prior to their stay
- Treat rabbits for flystrike prior to their stay
